TrackMyCodes Terms

These starter terms describe the intended product behavior. Review them with counsel before launch.

License

A paid annual subscription grants use of TrackMyCodes on your own machines while the subscription is active or within the local offline grace window.

Trial

The public download includes a 14-day local trial. After the trial, recording new activity requires an active license.

Billing

Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, subscription renewals, and customer portal sessions. Taxes may be calculated by Stripe Tax where configured.

Data

Activity data is local by default. You are responsible for exports, backups, and deletion choices made in the local app.

Availability

License checks and release metadata require hosted services. The local app includes a grace window so normal tracking can continue during temporary connectivity issues.
